Armstrong Bell is excited to welcome new Sales Executive, Liam Webb, to our growing team. Boasting extensive experience in Hosted Voice, Liam will play a fundamental role in helping businesses UK wide understand the value of Simple, Fast and Flexible communication solutions, whilst supporting the continued development of Armstrong Bell.
Just two days into his new role, we sat down with Liam to find out more about his background and what he is looking forward to most in joining the team:
Liam, welcome to Armstrong Bell. Tell us a bit about yourself and your background in the industry:
Thank you, I am delighted to join the company and am looking forward to getting to know all Armstrong Bell team members over the coming weeks.
In terms of my background, I have worked in a sales capacity for over 8 years now, with the last 6 -7 focused on Hosted Voice or VoIP systems, which means I have an excellent understanding of how they work and the benefits they bring in flexibility to businesses and organisations UK wide.
Why did you decide to join the Armstrong Bell sales team?
During my first interview with Managing Director, Will Copley, and Head of Sales, Nick Lake, it was clear that they were both passionate, driven and focused on not only growing and developing Armstrong Bell as a business, but in delivering a consistently good level of service to all clients.
In previous roles, I have worked for organisations that didn’t have the right level of resource in place to fulfil customer demand, which is where challenges can start. Everyone at Armstrong Bell is united in the same positive company culture and in delivering the same high standards of customer service, which is something I am looking forward to being part of, whilst helping to drive the business forwards.
What are you looking forward to most in your new role?
Although I have extensive experience in hosted voice, there are several service areas that I am not as experienced in and am therefore looking forward to learning more from both the Engineering and Sales team. In addition, I think positive company culture is really important and am looking forward to developing great relationships with my new colleagues.
What are your long-term goals?
Long-term, I want to become an integral member of the Armstrong Bell team, who has made a fundamental difference to company growth, having supported both Nick and Will in achieving their longer-term business objectives.
In addition, I am focused on establishing positive relationships with both new and existing customers and in helping them make the most of their telecoms and connectivity solutions.
