Armstrong Bell welcomes new Sales Executive, Lina Hayward Hojaij, to the team

Armstrong Bell is delighted to welcome new Sales Executive, Lina Hayward Hojaij, to our expanding team. With previous sales experience, Lina will play a crucial role in promoting Armstrong Bell’s Simple, Fast and Flexible communication solutions to businesses UK wide, whilst supporting the ongoing development of Armstrong Bell.

We sat down with Lina to find out more about her background and what she is enjoying most about her new role:

Lina, It’s great to have you as part of the Sales team! Tell us a bit about yourself and background in the industry:

Thanks! I already feel at home within the team and I have had a really good time getting to know everyone. I feel like I am really finding my feet in my new role at Armstrong Bell.

I have had three years previous sales experience in the security sector, however this is my first role in telecommunications. Although I have had no previous experience in the industry, I boast some great experience in sales and customer service which I am looking forward to building on in a completely new sector.

Why did you decide to join Armstrong Bell?

I came to know of the business through my networking group, where I got to know Armstrong Bell’s Managing Director, Will Copley. By regularly speaking to Will, I already had a good understanding of the business, as well as Will’s passion for growth.

During my initial interview with Will and Sam, it became obvious how driven and passionate they both were about the business and the services they offer to their clients. I also got a great feel for the company, particularly as everyone seemed really friendly. It also became clear that there was a heavy focus on staff progression, which was great to see.   

What have you enjoyed most about your new role as Sales Executive so far?

I have thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of working in a completely new industry and already I feel as though my skillset and knowledge of telecommunications has grown rapidly. There is still a lot for me to learn about the industry, but I am really excited to get stuck in.

I am also looking forward to continuing to forge positive client relationships with new and existing customers, whilst providing them with Armstrong Bell’s excellent standard of customer service.

What are your long term goals?

My long-term goal is to become a fundamental member of the sales team, whilst supporting the continuous growth of the business. I also want to build on my current sales skills and develop my knowledge and understanding of the sector in order to help grow and advance professionally in my role.
