When we speak to businesses who have somehow made it through to the year 2021 without any IT support, they often say “we’ll just need some help for a couple of months, until it settles down”.
Sounds fair enough, and that’s exactly what one business who approached us in January said – “we’d like you to move our email and files onto Microsoft 365, support us through the changeover and then we’ll be OK after that”.
Six months on, and I am delighted to say that we’re still working with them and they are now a regular support client.
So why would a business still need continuing support - did we not do the initial work well enough?!
No - not at all. The key is that these businesses have not had a resource to turn to for IT support before.
The majority of businesses do have that in place - and so have grown to recognise it’s value.
For those without, once they see that they can spend their day working on their business and not dealing with each other’s IT woes, they too see that value.
