In Q1 2017 we engaged Armstrong Bell to replace our traditional telephony across three sites in Kidderminster and Malvern with a Hosted Voice service.
At Kidderminster we had a 20 year old PBX and a reception desk shared by three people, in our workshop environments we use cordless telephones, at our Brookhire site there was a requirement for cordless headsets. Armstrong Bell correctly identified our system requirements and in particular the challenge of managing the change with our staff. The cautious and careful approach, including liaison with our 3rd party IT supplier and delivering and testing the phones before changeover gave us a high degree of confidence.
We were delighted with the smooth transition to Hosted Voice. Since go live w/c 8th May we have taken up the offer of unlimited support and training for the staff. We are still learning about features that can support our operations and add value to our communications within the business and with our customers.
