Connecting up remote workers out on site

We provide IT support services at a fixed monthly fee – but as well as requests for day to day support we often get more complex problems and projects put our way.

This week we had a client who places members of their staff semi-permanently at their customer’s sites. As their customers are not providing them with any internet connectivity, they needed a remote worker solution that would give them internet access while onsite but that could be moved to another location when needed.

We have proposed a 4G router which gives both wifi and cabled connections for them to use. Including an unlimited data SIM card, our rental price is £50.00 per month with no minimum contract.

This gives our client the flexibility to use these devices as and when needed, and to move freely between locations while keeping their remote workers connected.
