Getting more from Teams

If we had to name two words that have come into their own over the past 12 months, I would propose Zoom and Teams would be good suggestions.
Zoom is a fantastic product, but Teams has an advantage for business users in that it’s not just a standalone app but rather it is part of the Microsoft 365 suite of products.
That means it integrates seamlessly with Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint etc.
One of our clients is now doing so much of their business using this app that they asked us to integrate all their file data into Teams - so they could access and manage their files directly from within that app.
We completed that work this week and now their users literally do everything – chat, video call, access files - all from the one app on their devices.
