How often should you be calling IT support?

A question – is a good IT company one you never have to call, or one who you always seem to be calling?

If your IT team are on top of your systems then it is entirely possible that you’d seldom need to call them. In that case you’re either extremely fortunate to not have many issues, or they are doing their job very well!

What of the IT support team you always seem to be calling? Well if those calls are for the same issues, day after day - or if every day seems to bring it’s own set of problems - then that’s not a good sign.

But if you’re calling them regularly because you value their IT advice, or know that they will always help, even with small niggly issues, then that’s a good thing surely?
