Keeping track of your IT equipment

Part of our standard service for customers with more than 20 machines is to asset label all of their IT kit and maintain an asset list for them.

This means they know exactly what equipment they own – useful for insurance and audit requirements – and items in need of replacing can be planned for.

The labels we use are holographic and tamper-proof, which means they leave a mark on the item if removed, identifying them if they are stolen and sold on. And the label doesn’t have our branding all over it – it is labelled with the words Property of and the customer name.

In larger companies this is standard practice and our focus has always been on bringing the best of the corporate world into SMEs, who have often not even been made aware about such services.
